Group Tour Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting the University at Albany! This form is designed for school or community members who wish to bring a group of students to tour campus.

Group tours are only offered Monday- Friday and limited to the following:
- High school age students or older 
- 50 student maximum 
- One chaperone per ten students is required 

Once your request has been received, please allow one week for your request to be reviewed. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email if your group has been approved or not approved. 

Please note that the group tour consists of an approximately 60-minute guided walking tour of the University at Albany uptown campus. Any students or chaperones that may not be able to walk the campus can rent an electric mobility scooter from Undergraduate Admissions. 

Lunch is not provided with your visit, however, for group catering inquiries, please contact UAlbany's catering office at catering@albany.edu or 518-442-5986 once your request has been approved. *All catering requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit.
