Professional Coaching Skills Workshop

UAlbany Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) is pleased to present this topic as part of its Fall Workshop Series.

Using professional coaching skills can enhance your ability to communicate and lead in today’s fast-paced workplaces. This online workshop is for learners who are looking to develop a coaching approach for successful professional interactions. Participants will get an overview of the professional coaching mindset to understand how they might apply coaching tactics like asking open ended questions and active listening in workplace settings. They will practice applying this approach using practice coaching conversations with other participants.

An Advanced Course will follow for interested learners in the Spring that will result in the non-credit microcredential.

*Note: Registration will be free for any Albany County resident or employee making $25 per hr/$52,000 per year or less. Verification may be required.
