ENLA is a selective and rigorous leadership accelerator for mid-career nonprofit professionals seeking to take on leadership positions, such as program director or executive director, within nonprofit organizations.
Limited scholarships are available. Please indicate in your application whether you would like to be considered for a scholarship.
All applications will be reviewed by the selection committee, and participants will be notified if they have been accepted or waitlisted for the next program.
