2027 Emerging Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator Application

    We appreciate your interest in the Emerging Nonprofit Leadership Accelerator (ENLA) program.
    ENLA is a selective and rigorous leadership accelerator for mid-career nonprofit professionals seeking to take on leadership positions, such as program director or executive director, within nonprofit organizations.

    Participant feedback from the 2026 ENLA program cohort was very positive with 100% of participants ranking the program good, very good, or excellent. Currently, there are more than 50 ENLA alumni who are active in the Capital Region and beyond. 

    Program sessions will be held in person at the UAlbany Downtown Campus starting on Friday, January 22 through April 30, 2027 from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. There will be no class during Spring break (Friday, March 19).

    Applications for Spring 2027 are due by 5:00 PM ET on December 1, 2026.

    All applications will be reviewed by the selection committee, and participants will be notified if they have been accepted or waitlisted for the next program. Limited partial scholarships are available. Please indicate in your application whether you would like to be considered for a partial scholarship.  

    Registration Fees 

    Once accepted into the program, participants will be sent a registration link for the one of the following fees or a partial scholarship, if selected:
