To be eligible for a Public Health Leaders of Tomorrow (PHLOT) tuition award, you must be a full-time, professional, salaried employee at a NYS local health department or the NYS Department of Health and enrolled in a public health graduate program in the University at Albany College of Integrated Health Sciences.
